Unless your order meets these following conditions, BodyCitated does not offer refunds at this time:
Damaged
If an item gets damaged while in transit, I can issue a complete refund in the form of a store credit or credit/debit card refund within 14 days of its arrival.
Lost
A purchase must be missing for 20 days domestically and 25 days internationally for it to be considered lost. Once an item is declared lost, BodyCitated can offer a 25% discount on a future purchase, because I am a small business and have no responsibility of shipping issues I do not offer full refunds.
Shipping Please allow up to 3-4 days for each order to process.
